2. Preoperative CT Scan of Abdomen Large, heterogenous mass compressing adjacent structures Consistent with findings in retroperitoneal liposarcoma

3. Chest X-Ray after 18 months Multiple metastatic lung nodules

4. CT scan after 18 months Multiple, heterogenously enhanced bilateral lung nodules

5. Management of Recurrence Retroperitoneal sarcomas recur locally in up to 60% of patients Surgical excision, if possible, is the preferred treatment
