2. Our relationships define our future Your relationships are either moving you towards or away from the fulfillment of God’s purpose for your life. Elijah/Elisha vs. Samson/Delilah. Relationships are like elevators. Some take you up while others take you down. Good relationships unlock doors to our purpose, assignment and future. Relationships are important because we cannot achieve our vision alone. We need other people! 2

3. Three types of people in our lives! Yesterday people: Reminisce about the good old days! Today people: Those that can only see who you are now! Tomorrow people: Destiny helpers that will assist you in fulfilling your vision! 3

4. Our relationships define who we are! Iron sharpens Iron! Proverbs 27:17 What is your measure of success? Is your KPI for success 401K or car? Low self-esteem is probably the greatest cause of poor relationships. Choose relationships carefully because the right relationships do not happen by chance. Maximize the godly relationships in your life. 4

5. Develop the following qualities! A closer relationship with God. Joshua 1:8 Obedience John 15:14 You are my friends if you do whatever I command. Integrity: It defines what a person would do if nobody could find out. Luke 8:17 For nothing is secret that will not be revealed. Excellence: Surround yourself with people that challenge you to grow. 1 Cor 12:31 But earnestly desire the best gifts. And I show you a more excellent way. 5

6. Develop your relationship with God! You must develop a close relationship with God through prayer, studying the bible and living what you read. Do you know God and does God know you. Not religion but relationship. Many have discovered church of God but not the God of the church. Relationship > Religion! John 10:27 My sheep hear My voice and I know them and they follow Me. 6

7. Show me your friends and I will show you your future! Make God your number 1 priority! Develop the qualities that you seek in others in yourself. Follow Holiness Be a person of Integrity. Strive for Excellence in all you do. Maximize the godly relationships in your life 7
