A team can make decisions, solve more complex problems and do more to enhance creativity and build skills then individuals working alone. We increase capacity when we work together rather than in isolation.

Teams improve their ability to grapple with the critical questions when they clarify the norms that will guide their work. Inattention to establishing norms is one of the major reasons teams fail.
