IEEE 802.15-12-0316-01-004N Submission Spectrum allocation (China & 15.6 NB) 2014-9-62  Transmit power limits(China): 174-216MHz, 407-425MHz, 608-630MHz: 10mW 402-405MHz: 25μW (limit bandwidth to 300kHz)

IEEE 802.15-12-0316-01-004N Submission Crowded Chinese Hospital Due to differences on healthcare system, Chinese intent to hospitals and ask helps from doctors. Chinese hospitals are overcrowded terribly. Such as Beijing hospitals, patients from all of China are crowded in lobby, halls, waiting areas, garden, and anywhere. 2014-9-63

IEEE 802.15-12-0316-01-004N Submission Characteristics of MABN Therefore, MBAN is intensive in Chinese hospital, and inter-network interferences are serious, and there also exists relative motion among BANs Preceiver = Ptransimmiter*10^(Pathloss/10) 2014-9-64

IEEE 802.15-12-0316-01-004N Submission Path loss Model in Hospital Room  Pathloss= -Pl0-10*n*lg(d/d0)-L_nw; d0=1m; Pl0 ( attenuation of d0 ) =20*lg(4*pi*f/c); 40.5dB(2.4Ghz)/30.6dB ( 780Mhz ) 28.6dB(610Mhz)/25dB(410Mhz)/19.3dB(210Mhz); Pathloss coefficient: n=3.0 ; ( open area 2.0-2.5 half-close area 2.5-3.0 close area 3.0-3.5 ) L_nw(penetrate loss)=n1*L1+n2*L2 (number of concrete wall:n1;concrete attenuation:L1; number of human body:n2;human body attenuation:L2)

IEEE 802.15-12-0316-01-004N Submission Conditions  Transmit power:1mw ( 0dBm )  Preceiver = Ptransimmiter*10^(Pathloss/10)

IEEE 802.15-12-0316-01-004N Submission  The attenuation of penetrating the concrete(200mm depth) : 2.4GHz L1= 13dB 780Mhz L1= 11dB 610MHz L1= 10dB 410MHz L1= 9dB 210MHz L1= 8dB Slide 7 Attenuation Coefficients

IEEE 802.15-12-0316-01-004N Submission  According to Rec. ITU-R P.1406-1 The attenuation of penetrating the human body: 2.4GHz L2= 20dB 780Mhz L2=16dB 610MHz L2= 14dB 410MHz L2= 13.5dB 210MHz L2= 15.5dB Liang Li, Vinno Slide 8 Attenuation Coefficients

IEEE 802.15-12-0316-01-004N Submission Transmission Power as penetrating one layer of the concrete wall(200mm) 2014-9-6 9 Transmission Power in Free Space as Penetrating one concrete wall Transmit power:1mw ( 0dBm )

IEEE 802.15-12-0316-01-004N Submission Transmission Power as penetrating one human body Transmission Power in Free Space as Penetrating one human body Transmit power:1mw ( 0dBm )
