This instrument originated out of positive psychology Developed by Gallup over 30 years ago for businesses who wanted to get the most out of their employees Gallup conducted millions of psychological interviews and identified 34 themes of talent 4

Genius is one per cent inspiration and ninety- nine per cent perspiration. Weakness fixing leads to success. How many positive affirmations do you need to off-set one negative one? Their Findings:  You can’t really turn a weakness into a “TRUE” Strength  You can spend A LOT of time trying to fix a weakness, but you will only bring that D up to a C!  Trying to “Fix” your weaknesses drains you of all of your energy  People who concentrate on using their Strengths are more successful and more energized
