10 Be an active listener. Use correct body language. Do not avoid eye contact. Use appropriate grammar and speak clearly.

14  Hold the door open for some one  Treat others how you would like to be treated  Let people exit the elevator before entering  Have proper etiquette while eating and on the phone (email too)  Be nice to people regardless of differences, positions, titles, ages, or other types of distinctions

15 Team work require cooperation and respect. Every day use these work ethics to become a valuable player for your company!
