LESSONS LEARNED …. Sustainability lies in making the partnership worthwhile for all partners Market effectively Take risks Success can be measured in many ways and isn’t always immediate
FINANCIAL CONSIDERATIONS Whilst our initial Pop up project was funded to cover the costs of planning, promotion and some of the events it is feasible to fund your own pop up campaign. Give consideration to moving even a modest amount from your traditional market budget (cut newspaper advertising, reduce the number of brochures you print, etc) and put it into pop up events. With the right promotion and public profile you will find it easier to attract partners who will conduct Pop ups for you at no cost to your organisation as they actually promote their own training courses. However under the banner of your Pop Up campaign (acknowledigng your partners on your promotional materials) you will share the public exposure and a kudos for providing the educational experiences.
