10 Application to College Access to online application system begins in October www.ontariocolleges.ca/apply Go to “Sign-Up” and complete the required fields. February 1 st, 2014 – Deadline for equal consideration Apply and pay online before January 15, 2014 to win 1 of 3 cash prizes Students require their OEN (Ontario Education Number) found on a Report Card, Status Sheet, or from Student Services.

11 Application Fees for College $95.00 for application to 5 programs. No more that 3 programs at 1 college. All fees are non-refundable. Cash can NOT be sent through the mail. Applications will not be forwarded to colleges until full payment has been received by OCAS. Partial payments will not be processed. Payment must be in Canadian funds.

12 Payment Options for College ONLINE: VISA, MasterCard or American Express. Online banking is also available. TELEPHONE: Pay by telephone using VISA, MasterCard or American Express by calling the Customer Contact Centre at 519-763-4725 or toll free in Canada at 1-888-892-2228. MAIL: Mail credit card payment, money order or certified cheque along with a payment summary form that can be downloaded from the online application.

13 Application to University November – OUAC will receive 1 st transmission file of student data including grade 11 marks, and begin processing PIN numbers (access codes for the online application system) which are sent to the high school. Access online application tool at www.ouac.on.ca/ouac-101/ Students apply as Undergraduate Applicants using the OUAC 101 application. January 15 th, 2014 – Deadline for equal consideration.

14 Application Fees for University $130.00 for application to 3 programs. $44.00 for each additional choice. All fees are non-refundable. Cash can NOT be sent through the mail. 15 Payment Options for University ONLINE: OUAC accepts MasterCard,VISA or American Express INTERNET/TELEPHONE: This payment service is offered through a bank’s website or their telephone banking department. CHEQUE or MONEY ORDER: Make payable to “Ontario Universities’ Application Centre” including the OUAC reference number on the face of the cheque or money order. Payment must be submitted with the Application Remittance Payment Form which is generated online when applicants select this form of payment. Cheques are valid only when issued by a Canadian bank.

16 Out of Province Applications Applications for out-of-province schools can be found at individual web-sites. Be aware that deadlines may differ from Ontario schools. OUAC assists the following out-of-province institutions in collecting academic data for Ontario secondary students who have applied through the OUAC: Bishop’s U of British Columbia U of Calgary Concordia Dalhousie McGill U of New Brunswick Saint Mary’s University Simon Fraser University U of Victoria RMC is NOT part of OUAC’s processing service. A separate form along with additional application materials must be obtained from a Canadian Forces Recruiting Centre. www.rmc-cmr.ca
