New owner since 1985  24 hour service – small team of technicians and electricians involved in maintenance  involved in Industrial Electronics (process control, service), Power, etc  initial conversation, stressed longevity of employees  team of 3-4 technicians who are increasingly familiar with turbine; Good reviews from Ed; good to deal with; work with Bettink  Project Management  Joint Venture Committee  WindShare - Rose Kudlac, [Dave Robertson], until recently Stewart Russell  THESI – Leo Guidolin, [Jack Simpson, Chris Tyrrell]  Communication and Knowledge Management  Online operations log – captures information to create a database of incidents and their resolutions Rose Kudlac

28 Windshare 2006 AGM Technical and Production WINDSHARE BOARD REPORT Technical and Production   Operational Incidents  In July 2005 McDowell Electric performed annual maintenance with assistance from Bettink engineer from Netherlands and Ed Hale. Bettink also provided services to two other turbines in the province.  Sept. Air Show. Fire/Police asked us to shut down the turbine on very short notice. Due to miscommunication and unfortunate timing, the substation was powered off and it took a few days to restart.  October: Blade Angle fault – significant down time  November: Battery failure Rose Kudlac
