3 Evidence Base Data collection and analysis Impact asessement forward-looking perspective for a transition managment strategy that: – links and looks at trade-offs and synergies between (1) Climate Change, (2) Resource Efficiency and (3) Raw Materials – engages key stakeholders – has a perspective also beyond 2020 22 January 20143RECREATE

4 Specific objectives Create, launch and manage a stakeholder network Develop and monitor indicators for assessing the impact (policy, economy, society, sustainability) of EU research and innovation programmes Analyse technological, policy and market developments as well as policies and programmes as a basis for forward-looking activities Produce quantitative and qualitative briefings with R&I information, trends and strategic opitions for EU research managers and policy makers 23 April 20144RECREATE
