2 WECC Bifurcation has provided opportunity to look at Committee/Subcommittee/Work Group structure OC challenged Subcommittees to look at structure August 2013 Meeting o Members expressed interest to leave Work Group structure unchanged o Agreed to revisit at January 2014 meeting after Bifurcation became effective ISAS Structure

3 Current Structure – 5 Work Groups o ATFWG – After the Fact Work Group o RTWG – Real Time Work Group o IWG – Interchange Work Group o EIWG – eTag Issue Work Group o ESWG – Electronic Scheduling Work Group ISAS Structure

4 Option 1: Proposed Subcommittee Re-Structure (3 Work Groups) o ATFWG – Sheryl Welsch o IWG – Danielle Johnson Consolidate RTWG & EIWG with IWG o ESWG – Raymond Vojdani Consolidated WG’s can be reconstituted if a need arises in the future. Chairs of RTWG and EIWG are supportive of the consolidation. ISAS Structure

5 Option 2 o Restructure ISAS to absorb all work groups. o Issues discussed in WG meetings would be presented at ISAS meetings. o ISAS Meeting would likely remain a day and a half with longer in depth discussions on issues currently handled by WG’s o ISAS Charter Reworked Need ability to create Taskforces to tackle issues as they arise ISAS Structure
