In addition to your current timesheet, up to five previous months will also be available for review. Online Timesheet System 1) Accessing the Online Timesheet System

Populate your timesheet by clicking on a cell and entering the number of hours for each day. For convenience, you may strike the TAB key on your keyboard to advance through the sheet (from cell to cell). Online Timesheet System 1) Accessing the Online Timesheet System

7 2) Reviewing/Populating your timesheet 3) Saving/Submitting your timesheet 4) Status and feedback 5) Supervisory tasks As an added convenience, a future enhancement will allow you to automatically record your hours when logging into OrthoWeb. This feature should be available by the end of July. To enable/disable this option, roll your mouse over your name as indicated as logged in and select Settings from the contextual menu. 8 2) Reviewing/Populating your timesheet 3) Saving/Submitting your timesheet 4) Status and feedback 5) Supervisory tasks Step 3: When you are done making changes to your timesheet, you may either save your progress without submission to your supervisor, or save and submit it – effectively closing the timesheet. NOTE: Once the timesheet has been submitted, you may no longer make changes without your supervisors approval. Online Timesheet System 1) Accessing the Online Timesheet System

It will also revert to an editable state, allowing you to make any necessary changes. Online Timesheet System 1) Accessing the Online Timesheet System

11 2) Reviewing/Populating your timesheet 3) Saving/Submitting your timesheet 4) Status and feedback 5) Supervisory tasks After reviewing submitted timesheets, you may approve them as is, or disapprove them and include notes for the employee to review. The timesheet will then be returned to the employee, allowing them an opportunity to make any necessary changes. The process repeats itself until you are satisfied that her/his timesheet is accurate and it is approved. The record will then be forwarded to the HR unit for final processing.
