PM PROGRAM WFPE-68KFC PRESSURE FRYER Daily Remove & clean lid gasket. Empty & clean collector. Remove & clean collector gasket. Clean cook pot, clean heating coil with brush. Filter shortening. Disassemble filter unit, clean & reassemble. Empty & clean condensate tray. Disassemble dead weight assembly, clean & reassemble. Clean exterior surface. BLUE items:to be done by operation personnel. RED items:to be done by technical personnel.

PM PROGRAM WFPE-68KFC PRESSURE FRYER Monthly Clean & neutralize cook pot every shortening change. Check recovery rate: ideal - 1 min; max - 1 min 30 sec. Check lid for leaks while cooking. Check pressure gauge for correct operation. Check condition of baskets, basket hook, stirrer. Check power cord & plug. BLUE items:to be done by operation personnel. RED items:to be done by technical personnel.
