6 Know Where to Ride 5  Bike lanes and paths are all around the city, use them.

7 See the Signs 6  There are many signs indicating cyclists where to ride and what to do, it’s important to follow them.  These type of signs include: Bike Traffic Lines, and Designated Bike Paths.

8 Use Your Hands 7  Use hand signals when changing course (point in the direction you want to go).  When in doubt at intersections, dismount and walk.

Lunch is to keep your energy after a long day. Dinner if you don’t eat dinner it may cause you to have a hard time sleeping.

24 * Sleeping is important, everyday you have to sleep at least 9 to 10 hours. If you don’t sleep, you’re less aware of your surroundings, It’s also proven that you work slower. 23
