Times Insulation specializes in R&D, manufacturing, sales and service of new materials, mica products, special electromagnetic wires, special coating products and polymer materials used on passenger dedicated railway lines. These products are widely used in the industries of railway locomotives, passenger railway lines, wind power generation, urban mass transit, construction machineries, transformers etc. 。

5. Impregnating varnish series：
They are composed of different types of heat-resistant polyester resins, dissolved in reactive diluents and are widely used for electric insulation of many types of medium and large high voltage electromotors, wind driven generators and electrical appliances with heat resistance grade reaching Class F, H or C.
They mainly apply to the processes of normal immersion, rolling-dipping and VPI.

7. Mica tape series：
Mica paper tape series are made of mica paper bonded with different types of adhesives and reinforced by alkali-free glass fiber cloth or film. It is wound into a roll after the procedures of baking, roll-up, cutting. They can be applied to coil main insulation for the medium and large size electromotors with heat resistance reaching Class F, Class H, or even Class C. 。

8. Film or glass fiber cloth reinforced mica paper tape
We developed a series of three-in-one tapes reinforced by glass fiber cloth and films such as kapton CR film or PI film, bonded by adhesives containing organic silicone, epoxy glue or polyester-imide
Customers have a wide choice from medium adhesive contented to small adhesive contented mica paper tapes with heat resistance reaching Class H or even Class C.
These series have excellent dielectric and mechanic strength and are widely used in wind power generators, high voltage motors and locomotive motors.

9. Small adhesive contented mica paper tape series
We developed a series of small adhesive contented mica paper tape series.The reinforced materials include alkali-free glass fiber cloth, polyester film, PI film. The adhesives may contain organic silicone, epoxy glue or polyester-imide.
Customers have a wide choice as the series reach heat resistance grade of Class F, Class H or even Class C.
The series of products have good storage stability and processing properties, excellent dielectric and mechanic strength after the process of VPI and Curing , they are widely used in in wind power generators, high voltage motors and locomotive motors etc.

The special electromagnetic wire products are made of high quality wires covered by insulation layer and mainly used in the windings of medium and large size high voltage motors, tract motors, transformers and various electrical appliances. 12. Special electromagnetic series：
Copper strip covered by double layers of glass fiber
Insulation layers are mainly composed of two layers of alkali free glass fiber cross lapped on the bare copper wire, impregnated with insulating varnish and baked in high temperature.
Application: widely used in the windings of large motors, DC motors, generators, dry-type transformers and mobile substation due to its high mechanical strength, resistance to overload, moisture and heat, good manufacturability with the upgrade of impregnating varnishes.

Insulation layers are mainly composed of normal or high density cable paper wound on the copper wires.

13. Special electromagnetic wire series
The manufacturing method of PI enamelled copper strip：
The oxygen free copper rod is extruded and stretched to various sizes of drawn wires, and then coated with dedicated insulating varnishes and baked repeatedly by professional enamelling devices.
Main uses: widely used in dry-type transformers that have high demands on heat resistance. Temperature index : heat resistance :180 ℃, resistant to thermal shock, solvent and refrigerant, good mechanical strength
The manufacturing method of copper busbars and copper strip:
Various sizes of oxygen free copper rods can be made by up-cast process, they become copper bars or copper strip billets through cold rolling. After heat treatment, inner stress is eliminated, various specifications of copper busbars, copper strips are drawn out through mould.
Application: widely used in the windings of motors, electrical appliances, and distribution facilities and other uses for electrical purpose.

The special coating products consist of base resins such as resins of diphenyl ether,organic silicone, acrylic, fluorocarbon, added with colored pigments, solvents and curing agents. Asphalt emulsion, the cement-emulsified asphalt mortar grouting bag, filling resin of convex barricade, waterproof paints are special high-performance polymer materials used in passenger dedicated railway lines. With strong-strong collaboration with China Railway Scientific Institute and South Central University, We jointly researched and developed the specific emulsified asphalt products dedicated in CA mortar for CRTS-I type slab ballastless track.The dedicated asphalt emulsion is different from ordinary one, it successfully solved the key technical problems such as short operation time, unqualified material separation, low strength at early stage and can meet the technical requirement of CA mortar. Essentially different from the traditional waterproof paint, it enjoys advantages of high strength, easy construction, green environmental protection and can be widely used in waterproof treatment for ballast and ballastless concrete bridge deck.

MMA waterproof paint was first developed by the Lab of former UK National Railway Bureau (London) in Studying MMA waterproof paint in 2006, TMT is the first to research systematically on MMA waterproof paint in China. All the properties of the product meet the technical specifications of the Guangzhu Railway Line. We got the report of qualified product for all properties from Jinhua Station of China Railway Scientific Institute, and accumulated precious field application experience after deep research on construction technology. The products were successfully used in Jingjin Railway Line, Wuguang Railway Line and Lianyuan Steel Plant. We have finished writing the patent of MMA waterproof paint and the patent examination is underway.
