2 SW International SW International SW International solutions and products are based on technologies developed by HEITZ engineering. SW International represents HEITZ engineering and its products in South Africa and the continent of Africa. Long practical international experience – for your advantage HEITZ – the key to success: HEITZ development perceived the signs of the times and focused on state- of-the-art technologies. HEITZ engineered, built and supplied the first fully automatic EPS moulding machine in 1957. Decades of international experience achieved a trendsetting, environmentally friendly and cost- effective building system. Manufacturing plants can be delivered world wide, within record times local productions can commence. ICF – Insulated Concrete Moulds: A continues concrete core is enclosed by shuttering elements insulating the sides for temperature and sound. Thermal bridges are avoided to guaranty most efficient insulation properties. The material insures superior unsurpassed strength with up to 10 floor levels possible. HEITZ ICF technology: The concept and the technology of ICF elements is simple and efficient, therefore cheaper than conventional building systems. Proven techniques allows fast, cost-effective and easy shell construction without use of cranes and complex tooling. The materials – polystyrene and Neopor®: Polystyrene and Neopor® raw materials produced by BASF are the ideal basic materials for the ICF technology. Fire retardant, durable and insulating are the properties for the most successful development in the building sector ever. Heitz technology buildings are certified by insurance companies in Europe to be sound for over 100 years. The used building materials have been issued an environmental certificate for friendliness.

3 HEITZ ICF technology in use: The HEITZ ICF technology is almost unlimited in its use. In record time houses are erected like: Single-family houses or multifamily houses (picture 5), school buildings, play school buildings, hospitals, office- and government buildings, industrial buildings and many others. With the HEITZ ICF technology, building individual designs are possible, RTP houses / towns do no longer need to look boringly repetitive. Your advantages in competition: fastest shell construction additional insulation not required lowest energy house hold. Best possible insulation provided. lowest intermediate financing. Cost effective materials and contruction. healthy building environment. easy construction, light building systems. Semi-skilled labour can be employed. Individual buildings possible with several buildings per day built. Multiple storey buildings, up to 10 floors possible.

4 HEITZ ICF moulding machines at a glance: HEITZ has all the machines for the production of the ICF technology.Walls: Moulding machines with handling robot for inlay of sheet metal or plastic connecting inserts into the mould and handling of the moulded elements (HEITZ HBB 1412, picture 1). Moulding machines for manual inlay of sheet metal or plastic connecting inserts into the mould and handling units for the moulded elements Of course we also built machines for the production of ICF elements with moulded EPS bridges. Ceilings and Floors: Moulding machines for the production of single ceiling elements and floor elements. The ceiling elements are assembled later with sheet metal profiles (picture 2). Incl. sheet metal profiling unit, cutting unit and assembly unit. Moulding machines for the continuous production of ceiling elements and floor elements with in-mould sheet metal profiles, incl. sheet metal profiling- and cutting unit.Roof: Moulding machines for the continuous production of roof elements with in- mould sheet metal profiles (picture 4), incl. sheet metal profiling- and cutting unit. HEITZ ICF technology: Picture1 – HEITZ HBB 1412: Moulding machine with handling robot and stacking table. For the production of ICF elements with sheet metal or plastic connecting inserts, 3 elements per cycle. Picture 2 – HEITZ ceiling element: assembled with 2 U-Profi ls (to be produced optionally in polystyrene and Neopor®). With reinforcement and inserted roof batten.

5 Picture 3 – HEITZ ICF sample range of products at a glance. An exposition of the single elements (to be produced optionally in polystyrene and Neopor®). Further elements available on request. Picture 4 – HEITZ roof element: with 2 in-moulded U-Profils (to be produced optionally in polystyrene and Neopor®), shown in cross section. Picture 5 – Housing area during construction: production of all ICF elements with HEITZ Technology (in the back ICF houses already completed).
