4. Manage Profile Manage Profile Section allows to upload ur resume etc. This helps AIG and U to reduce the TAT of job application sent by Alumni & Consultant. Also we get to know u better.

5. Change Password This Section allows you to change your password.

6. View Attendance Through the Manage Attendance you can track your attendance by topic and ur own attendance with several details. We intend to bring in accountability at both ends.

7. Fees Management Manage Fee Section will give u information on the fee that u have paid, and details of due/over due if any.

8. Resources Manage Resources Section will give the necessary documents per the program enrolled for at a click.

9. Customer Satisfaction Form Satisfaction Form section will allow u submit ur feedback to allocated customer satisfaction surveys

10. Two Way Project Communication Project Communication Section helps AIG and U manage ur project lifecycle. It shall bring accountability and timeliness to queries raised by you. Also it will help us bring accountability right at ur door.

11. Toll Gate Report Manage Toll Gate Section will give u topic level traceability of when have u done which topic and under which trainer. This may be used as a detailed list of all topics u will be taught for the program u have enrolled for.

12. Manage Incident :Lot of phone calls, verbal requests have led to forgetfulness and TAT sometimes gets very high. In order to serve u better u would want u to log ur requests only through this portal etc. Helps improve traceability, timeliness etc.

13. Complaint Box : Register all your complaint here

14. Manage Incident :Through this section u can give as many preparatory tests that u want to. U can give test by section, overall etc. Also ur final evaluation will happen here.
