Scenario: EOT/EOT-R/COT Resident admitted March 10th Admitted for PT and OT following knee replacement for patient with CHF, COPD, shortness of breath when lying flat, diabetes 5-day RUG=RVC EOT ARD Day 8 with rate change EOT-R resumption on Day 11 with rate change 14-Day ARD Day 15 with rate change COT observation Day 16–Day 22 (ARD Day 22, if necessary, for rate change that would be retroactive back to Day 16 Discharged on Day 38 1
