9. Room Costs The SF Convention Host Committee is providing a $30.00 dollar a night subsidy for the first 200 people who book their rooms (suites excluded) at the Holiday Inn Golden Gate. 10. ADA Compliance The meeting rooms & guest rooms are ADA compliant. A total of 13 guest rooms are ADA compliant. Of the thirteen, seven of these have roll-in showers and the rest have chairs for bathing. The suites are wheelchair accessible.

UNITE-HERE Local 2 Dispute Timeline June 04 - YDA by the Bay chosen by YDA National Committee, convention contract signed August 04 – Hotel contracts with employees expire Sept. 04-January 05 – Employees strike, are locked out, and cooling off period ensues Feb 05 – Hotel Employees make an offer May 05 – YDA by the Bay pulls convention from Westin May 31, 2005 – Hotels make counter-offer, rejected by hotel employees

22. Alcohol & Food Policy Due to licensing and insurance requirements, all food and beverage to be served on Hotel property must be supplied and prepared by Hotel. In addition, no remaining food or beverage shall be removed from the premises. At the conclusion of the function, such food and beverage becomes the property of Hotel. Food and beverage prices are subject to a 20% service charge and applicable taxes. Personal food and beverages may be taken to guest rooms (but no outside catering)
