THE BIGGEST OFFICE BUILDING IN THE WORLD. ALSO KNOWN AS THE DEPARTMENT OF DEFENSE, THE PENTAGON IS COMPRISED OF TWELVE OTHER DEPARTMENTS. THE PENTAGON WAS ALSO HIT BY A TERRORIST ON SEPTEMBER 11, 2001 Tim, Jed, Janae, Ali

2 History The Pentagon is one of the world’s largest buildings.
It was originally built in record time during World War 2. The Pentagon has 5 sides, 3 floors, and 4 million feet of floor space. The Pentagon was finished on Jan. 15, 1943 after two years of being built.
