08/01/2014 11 -The overall satisfaction of the core users with the platform is high; -The overall engagement of the core users with the platform is high; -Core users’ engagement with some tasks which require them to spend time on them is low; -There is a clear need of more motivations to encourage core users to make a larger contribution to the platform. This is important especially as core users are willing to make a contribution to the platform (See figure below) but they did not follow through on this to any great extent perhaps due to the lack of motivation; Conclusion / 1 Final Conference

08/01/2014 12 -The overall satisfaction of the core users with the usability of the platform is very high; -Overall, the core users believe that the platform could be useful for them and it addresses the information and skills that they need to do their jobs properly. -It seems that overall the users are very happy with the platform, as most of them tend to recommend it to their communities and also they are willing to come back again and use the platform.. Conclusion / 2 Final Conference

08/01/2014 13 -Amongst the different types of social networks which have been used in the platform, the core users show the highest interest in the Forums and the lowest interest in Wikis. Therefore, it would be advisable to focus on the Forums when promoting the platform. Conclusion / 3 Final Conference
