4. VISITA AL FRANTOIO DE MARCO Il frantoio De Marco è di tradizione familiare. È un frantoio h 24,cioè che lavora 24 ore su 24. È automatico e vi lavora soltanto una persona che deposita le olive nella tramoia. Poi, il nastro trasportatore porta le olive nella lavatrice e poi nel frangitore a martelli, dove vengono pressate e poi passate nella gramolatrice. Dalla gramolatrice vanno a finire nella centrifuga che separa il liquido dal solido e nel separatore che separa lacqua dallolio. Lacqua va nella vasca di decantazione e lolio nei bidoni.

5. Visit at the De Marco Oil Mill The De Marco Oil mill is of family tradition. Its a 24 hours oil mill, that means it works 24 hours on 24. Its authomatic and only one people, that put the olives into the hopper, works there. Then the conveyer belt gets the olives to the washing machine and then to the hammer oil press, where they are pressed and then moved to the gramolatrice. From the gramolatrice they go to the centrifuge, that separetes the liquid from the solid, and then to the decanter, that saparate the water from the oil. The water goes to the decating basin and the oil to the cans.
