Products sell by Xpero are: Laptops, PCs, Tablets, Smart Watches, Smart LEDs. Now a days Xpero Planned to introduce some more products like, Air conditions, Digital Washing Machine. Xpero also going to open its branch in Hyderabad. We are working with the most capable team but Xpero need more capable, advance and Innovative Human Resource. But we will soon over come on it.  From foundation to today we just make profit. XDC CEO and his team have mission and thought that only the innovation differentiates from good Technology to great Technology.  Before startup we held a research in or city about or business. And we found that it will run very well.  We are not producing the product we just buy and sell, so we don’t need sketch.  One of the great difficulties is to hire right people. We just face difficulty only regarding to Human Resource  Price is main factor in every business so we make a plan for prices. We set those prices where or customers completely satisfy with XDC.  We used best Quality products. For example we have Laptops made by different companies so there price is different.  HP Laptop dual core is about 18000 Pakistan rupees.  From first day to still today we dealt with innovation. 16. Review/Conclusion  I already have a team before startup of business. So initially we started hard work, we set some goals to achieve.  When I Work as CEO in the organization it is not easy task to make a team within organization so due to a lot of struggle I get marvelous team.  Still there is no conflict arise in my business. But if there I have a conflict resolver team.  Business is ongoing but now a day in the pandemic situation there is lockdown trade process become slow down. It will be ongoing as situation.  I already have a team before startup of business.
