CODE OF CONDUCT
Attendance Delegates are expected to arrive promptly and attend all committee sessions in order to be considered for an award at the end of the conference. Roll call will be taken at the beginning of each session.
Delegates who are late to committee shall be sent back home.
Computing Laptops/ I pads/ Tabs shall be allowed in the committee rooms at the chair's discretion. However, all delegates are responsible for their own Laptops/ I pads/ Tabs. Under no circumstances can the Secretariat or the School be held responsible for loss/damage of such property. THE USE OF INTERNET IS STRICTLY PROHIBITED. Delegates caught using internet will be heavily penalized. Cell phones are not allowed at all in the school.

Dress Code The dress code for all the committee sessions except for AIPPM of Utopia MUN’17 is Western Business Attire.
This indicates a shirt and tie for male delegates, with appropriate trousers. Female delegates are expected to wear Trousers with a formal shirt. Avoid tight fitting/ figure hugging clothes.
Jackets are recommended for all the delegates.
The delegates of AIPPM may wear Indian formals.
Adherence to this code is strictly recommended. Any delegate whom the Conference Staff considers in violation of this policy will be asked to return to his or her house so that he or she may change into the appropriate attire.
Damage Any damage to school property will not be tolerated, and individuals will be held responsible for items that are missing or damaged in the school.
Placards and IDs All delegates will be given a placard and an ID Card at the beginning of each session. These placards should be left in the committee room at the end of each session to be collected by the Chair. Delegates will typically be seated in an alphabetical order, though this is at the Chair’s discretion. ID cards must be worn at all times. Any delegate found without the possession of an ID card shall not be permitted in the committee. A suitable fine shall be paid by the delegates for a broken placard or a lost ID.
