3 Beginning July 1, NEUROLOG Resident Case Log System will be a READ ONLY system. Neurosurgical Resident Case Experience must be logged through the ACGME Case Log portal.

4 NEUROLOG Conversion to ACGME
ABNS currently exploring feasibility of conversion of existing Neurolog data to ACGME format and populating case logs (similar to OpCoder conversion). ABNS will maintain existing Neurolog – Outcome data for reporting of resident case experience. Resident case experience must be logged into Neurolog before July 1, 2007 to be included in this Archive.

5 NEUROLOG Conversion to ACGME
Program directors and coordinators must set up resident case log system in the ACGME system. Link to ACGME portal:

ACGME Web Site: Case Log Online Help: Will need 10 character Program ID number and Password
