Beginning July 1, NEUROLOG Resident Case Log System will be a READ ONLY system. Neurosurgical Resident Case Experience must be logged through the ACGME Case Log portal.

NEUROLOG Conversion to ACGME
ABNS currently exploring feasibility of conversion of existing Neurolog data to ACGME format and populating case logs (similar to OpCoder conversion). ABNS will maintain existing Neurolog – Outcome data for reporting of resident case experience. Resident case experience must be logged into Neurolog before July 1, 2007 to be included in this Archive.

Program directors and coordinators must set up resident case log system in the ACGME system. Link to ACGME portal:

ACGME Web Site: Case Log Online Help: Will need 10 character Program ID number and Password
