The anterior branch supplies the celiac axis, bilateral renal arteries, and terminates as the superior mesenteric artery. The posterior branch supplies multiple lumbar arteries and terminates at the bifurcation. Note the stenosis at the left renal artery and the proximal segment of the anterior branch.
