1 Learning Objective: Explore components of a phone charger
So far.....  Moodboard showing mobile phone chargers (15 images) Product analysis of at least 3 different chargers (Using ACCESSFM) Product disassembly Product disassembly of a plug in phone charger   Learning Objective: Explore components of a phone charger Aspire: Accurately describe a wide range of physical and mechanical components and the materials they are made from. Explain how and why these are used in mobile phone chargers. Challenge:  List some features of phone chargers which contribute to how it works (primary function)

2 Learning Objective: Explore different types of phone charger
WAGOLL  Different Energy Sources (electricity, battery, solar, kinetic) Different materials different styles (shapes, colours, novelty, sleek) Extra features (multiple charger, speakers, light, etc... Learning Objective: Explore different types of phone charger Aspire: Accurately identify at least 20 different phone chargers showing a wide range of different features that contribute to their primary function    Challenge:  At least 15 images of phone chargers which show some of the different features that contribute to the primary function.

Wireless phone charger Cost: £14.99 Size: 10 x 10 x 1.1 cm Weight: 68 g Customer: This would appeal to somebody with a reasonable disposable income and would have a large target audience because it is a simple design in a generic colour. Aesthetics: The charger is a simple disc shape which is flat and quite sleek so would look good in someones home or office. It has the logo in the centre. It’s black but is also available in blue. I think that the shape and colour are a little too simple. Function: This charger is compatible with lots of different types/ brands of phone. It uses an electric plug and the phone is then placed onto the pad. The phone can be used whilst charging although phonecalls would need to be made on speaker.
