2. Overview:
ZEL was incorporated in 1992 at Ahmedabad as Zodiac Gensets Private Limited and subsequently the name of company was changed to Zodiac Energy Private Limited in 2007 and converted into Public limited company in August 2017 as Zodiac Energy Limited.
ZEL successfully entered capital market with its Maiden IPO on National Stock Exchange (NSE) in November 2017 and it has been listed Corporate on NSE since December 2017.
ZEL is ISO and ISO organisation.

3. Overview:
ZEL Provides Energy Solutions in Solar PV, Solar thermal applications, Diesel/Gas based Captive/Co-generation power plants and process equipment.
ZEL has completed installation of Diesel and Gas (Natural Gas, STP Gas & Bio Gas) based captive / co-generation power plants with of cumulative capacity of more than 150 MW across India for Government/ PSU/ Private organisations.
ZEL have worked with world renowned organisations like CATERPILLAR (USA), GE JENBACHER (Austria) and CUMMINS (USA) thru their respective country distributors in Diesel and Gas engine based power plants.

4. Overview:
ZEL Forayed in to solar energy spectrum in 2012.
The Key Management Team of the company cumulatively holds experience of installing more than 450 MW of solar power projects in small and large capacity.
ZEL has completed installation of more than 30 MW of solar power plants in various parts of the country till now out of which approximately 20 MW is rooftop Solar and 10 MW are ground mounted Solar projects and will be executing more than 40 MW of solar PV installations by the end of the Financial Year in Ground mounted and rooftop systems.

ZEL have executed residential rooftop projects across the country in last three years.
ZEL have executed more than 7 MW in SKY Scheme of Govt. of Gujarat.
ZEL is Authorised Distributor of Adani Solar Panels for Gujarat.
ZEL is authorised Distributor of ABB India Limited for Solar Inverters sales and services.
ZEL is Master Distributor for India for SOFAR SOLAR Inverters, China.

Mr. Pranav Mehta is a veteran world leader in Solar Energy. He is the Chairman of Global Solar Council (GSC) based at Washington DC, USA, National Solar Energy Federation of India (NSEFI), New Delhi, India. He is Vice Chairman of Asia Pacific PV Industry Association, APVIA, Shanghai, PRC and Advisory Committee member of IRENA.
He is fondly known as Solar man of India and big stack holder in bringing India to the present stage of 35 GW from 0 KW.

Mr. Pranav R. Mehta, Chairman Emeritus
He is a leading voice in setting up policy frame work for Solar across the globe and having excellent networking ability across the value chain of Solar energy Field.
He is a technocrat with over 35 years of experience in planning and implementation of very big size industrial projects. During his long career, he worked as Senior VP of Reliance Industries Limited, Group VP for Essar Group, and at Sr. Executive positions in Tata Iron and Steel Company and GIIC.
He is recipient of the Indira Gandhi Priyadarshini Award for his outstanding work in Energy sector in India and National Metallurgist of the year award from Govt. of India.

Chairman & Managing Director
Mr. Kunj J. Shah is a technocrat having more than 29 years of experience in field of Energy and specialization in EPC of Diesel/Gas Engine based Captive and Co-Generation Power Plants and Solar PV Power plants. He is Mechanical Engineer and founder promoter of Zodiac Energy Pvt. Ltd.
He is Certified Energy Auditor, (EA) certified by Bureau of Energy Efficiency (BEE), Govt. Of India.
He is Chairman of Renewable Energy Committee of ASSOCHAM (Associated Chambers of Commerce & Industries) Gujarat Council.

Mr. Bhargav Mehta is a technocrat having more than 40 years of experience in field of Renewable Energy, Chemical and Petrochemical Sector. He has unique blend of Public and private sector experience.
He served as Managing Director of Hindustan Fluorocarbons Ltd. a Govt. Of India enterprise, Later he served as Advisor of ESSAR Group for Renewable Energy, specially Solar PV energy In his last assignment.
He served as Director of Business Development for SunEdison Group USA and he is one of the pioneers of solar PV industry in India and instrumental in setting Solar PV power plants of nearly 100 MW in Gujarat and Rajasthan.
He has awarded and executed India’s 1st 1 MW project in Gujarat in 2010

Mrs. Parul Shah, is a Bachelor of Commerce & DCA from Gujarat University
She was appointed as Director of the Company on April 01, She has 20 years of experience in field of General Administration and management of the business.
Presently, she is looking after the Residential Rooftop Vertical, General administration and Human Resource department of the Company.

Mr. Dhaval Shah is Non-Executive & Independent Director of Zodiac Energy Limited.
He is a member of Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and CFA Institute, USA. He has completed B.Com, LL.B., FCA and CFA (USA) and possesses strong academic background.
He had secured 9th rank in India in CA Final Exam and got 49th Rank in India in CA PE II Exam.
He possesses overall professional experience of around Twelve years in the field of credit and risk management, relationship management, corporate banking, investment banking, stressed asset management, credit rating, accounting, audit etc.

He has served Leading Solar companies like SunEdison Energy Pvt. Ltd; Kshema Power and Cleanmax Solar in senior positions.
