Night Shift Originally designed as a pilot to serve first/last challenge for late night Woodward customers Discovered from interviews that this was a service people wanted on all routes, not just one Pivoted accordingly and usage has increased significantly Office of Mobility Innovation

FHWA and USDOT Grants FHWA ATCMTD Grant (AWARDED) USDOT ADS Grant (AWARDED) $4.2M project to improve safety and connectivity on two corridors Will utilize improvements to traffic signals, cameras, and sensors to create smart corridors Will include DSRC connectivity $15M project to develop clear safety standards Partnership with University of Michigan, MCity, American Center for Mobility, MDOT, Ford, Verizon, and Henry Ford Health Will include autonomous vehicle deployments at UM, ACM, and streets of Detroit Office of Mobility Innovation

Deeper Community Engagement
Grant from Knight Foundation Deepen our relationship with the community by hiring residents to guide conversations and lessons learned in their own neighborhood Begin these conversations with 1 to 2 community managers. Community managers will be from Osborn, will be paid a living wage, and will assist in the relationship building. Office of Mobility Innovation
