introduction Include your chapter name and number on initial slide
Introduce all speakers and their titles, including notation on initial slide Provide a picture of your chapter and your school’s transit (if applicable) on initial slide If no school transit, use a general transit image Make sure you explain the picture (within time constraints) Maintain consistent presentation theme with your school colors (slide layout/format is up to you) PDC Pacific District Chi Epsilon Conference 11/9/2019

Share one or two of your chapter's greatest strengths (i.e. events, services, fundraising) What does your chapter do best? What makes it unique? How does this represent Chi Epsilon? What has your chapter improved upon over the past year (since 2018 PDC)? General notes Practice, practice, practice
These presentations are setup as a mock run for your professional career when you will need to present to a client, the public or your supervisor Prior to PDC, have some dry runs in front of your chapter members to get comfortable in front of an audience Confirm your presenters are knowledgeable in most aspects of the chapter They should be able to answer most questions from the audience related to your chapter PDC Pacific District Chi Epsilon Conference 11/9/2019

General notes Be prepared to answer audience questions
This time will not count against your 5 minutes Make sure your information is accurate, especially when referring to previous years The District Council has been around a while, so they will pick up quickly on any incorrect information presented Be enthusiastic and excited when presenting Have fun!!! Chapter report voting District Council and Appointed Alumni will vote
Top 3 receive additional points toward PD Cup First place receives $100 credit towards PDC registration Voting Criteria: Material covered (does it meet the guidelines and is it accurate) Presentation skills and preparation (was it professional and did they practice) Enthusiasm and knowledge of the materials (including responses to any questions) Time (was it within the 5 minute maximum allotment, but also not too short - if over 5 minutes, you may not be eligible for the top 3 places) PDC Pacific District Chi Epsilon Conference 11/9/2019
