2. Access to PreCheck MyScript
Providers gain access to PCMS capabilities directly through their EMR.
OptumRx is continually working to expand the EMRs with which they are integrated, depending on which EMR the provider uses, the PCMS capabilities may already be available.
EPIC and Cerner require a “health system by health system” approach to integration, and OptumRx continues their efforts to expand the number of EPIC and Cerner systems actively engaged.
