St-ABCG1 Colocalizes with a Plasma Membrane Protein.Arabidopsis protoplasts were cotransfected with St-ABCG1-RFP and At-FLS2-YFP. St-ABCG1 Colocalizes with a Plasma Membrane Protein.Arabidopsis protoplasts were cotransfected with St-ABCG1-RFP and At-FLS2-YFP. Expression of the proteins was detected by confocal laser scanning microscopy. The channels for RFP, YFP, and chlorophyll fluorescence are shown, as well as the bright-field and merged images.
