1 ATREZZO PROVIDER PORTAL: SYSTEM NAVIGATION

2 ACCESSING ATREZZO PROVIDER PORTAL
Website Address: Select ‘’Atrezzo Login’’ To Register for Atrezzo Provider Portal: Enter your 10 digit National Provider Identifier (NPI) number and Provider Registration Code. For additional assistance contact KEPRO Customer Service at Registered Provider- Enter your unique username and password **If you have multiple NPI numbers, you must register those NPI numbers under your administrative account in Atrezzo Connect.**

Click the Forgot Password link on the Login Page.

Enter your Username Then Click Next

Enter the Answer to the Secret Question created during the initial registration. Enter and Confirm a New password and then click Finish. You will then be brought back to the Login page to enter your username and new password.

7 Upon successful registration, the Atrezzo Homepage will be displayed.

8 Change Context To submit a request under a different NPI, click the Change Context link located at the top of the page. You must make selection prior to new case creation.

Enter in the Contract, the Provider ID# (NPI Number) or the Provider Name and click Find.

The providers information along with their NPI number will populate. Find the provider that you are creating the request for and hit Select.

After changing the context and selecting a different provider, the providers name has now been changed. Requests will now be submitted under the selected provider.

12 HOME TAB There are three sections featured underneath the Home Tab. The Messages/Message Center feature allows you to send and receive messages to Kepro staff. **Messages left unread will be removed after 30 days and will only be accessible within a specified case.** The Request Saved But Not Submitted feature will display any request that has been initiated and saved but not submitted. Once a request has been submitted the request will no longer be visible under this feature. The New Request feature allows you to initiate a request for prior authorization.

13 Requests Tab & Drop Down Selection
The Request Tab features three selections that will help with viewing requests, creating new requests, and managing the message center.

14 Request Tab The View Request selection enables you to access case information for requests that have been previously submitted. To search by Case or Reference ID, enter the Case ID number that was generated when the case was created. To search by Case Authorization Number, enter the Authorization number that was generated when the request was approved. To search by Member Info, enter the Member ID number, Last Name, and DOB (all three fields must entered in order to yield search results). To search by the Request Info, fill in the information in the required fields (PLEASE NOTE: This feature will yield more than one result). All search results will appear at the bottom of the screen.

15 Request Tab (cont’d) The Create New Request selection enables you to create a new prior authorization request. To search for the member, enter in the Member ID or the Member’s Last Name and the Member’s Birthdate, then click Search. (PLEASE NOTE: Entering information in all three search fields will NOT yield results. You must either search by the Members ID number or their demographic information.)

16 Request Tab (cont’d) The Message Center selection enables you to display messages to and from Kepro Staff. Once a message is accessed, it will no longer display in the Message Center. **The Message Center may also be accessed from the Home Page**

To Access and Reply to a message, click on the message line that you want to access. The contents of the message will then display.

To Reply to a message or Send a message, enter the subject information into the subject field and then type the message in the space provider. When your are finished click Reply.

The sent message will then appear along with the Date and Time the message was received. This can be used as confirmation of a successfully send to Kepro.

20 Search Tab The Search Tab features two selections that will enable you to search for a Member or search for a Request/Case that has been submitted.

To search using the Member’s information select the Member option. Enter in the Member ID or the Member’s Last Name and the Member’s Birthdate, then click Search. 23 Management Tab The Management Tab will allow you to manage different providers and users associated with the NPI number that is registered. This feature will also allow the user to manage other users access to the account and also register new providers under the selected account. ***PLEASE NOTE: NOT ALL USERS WILL HAVE ACCESS TO THIS FEATURE! Only users assigned as Group Administrators will have access to certain features under this tab***

Click Manage Providers and Preferences to add new users and set preferences.

The next page will feature a list of all Users and Group Administrators registered for this account. Click on the Add New User box to start adding the users demographic information.

Enter the demographic information for the new user. Then click Change Profile to save the information. The fields with * have to be filled in for a successful profile change.

To add the user to the active User list, Click on the selected Available Users name then click the double arrows (>>). The user is now active and is able to login and use the account immediately. To remove the user from the active user list, click on the blue Remove link located to the right on the users name.

Click Manage Users to manage users and providers. Group Admin can create users, and assign other admins and providers. Assigned Admin can create other users. All Users, Admins and Group Admins can create requests and perform member searches.**Only Administrators will have access to the Management tab**

Selecting Manage User will allow you to open Account information to update specific user information and complete password resets.

30 Management Tab (cont’d) Manage User
Click Manage Providers to manage the access that a user has to a provider or provider group. If a box is checked by the users name, the user will have Group Admin access to all providers under the account.

You can also remove by clicking Remove. A message window will appear when you delete a provider from the group. Note: Once removed the provider will no longer be able to access case information related to that particular NPI number.

To register a new provider, click Register New Provider and enter their NPI and Provider Registration Code, then click the Find Provider button.

Verify and select the correct address for the new provider, and then click the Select button. (If you should require additional assistance, please contact KEPRO Customer Service for registration code)

The new provider(s) are now a part of the provider group for this account. Click Register New NPI to add another provider – Repeat steps on Slide 24 to register additional NPI numbers.

35 My Account Tab The My Account Tab allows the user to change their password, update contact information My Account and Change Security Question.

36 My Account Tab (cont’d) Change Security Question
The Change Security Question feature allow you to change your secret questions and answers. The security question is asked when you attempt to change or reset your password. To update this information enter in both the secret question, answer and current password. Then select Update Security Question.

37 Help Tab Click the Help tab to access the User Guide, Frequently Asked Questions, and the Latest Release Notes. The document displays in a separate window. **These are PDF documents available for print**
