Rapid Refinery Gas Analyzer, 120V Rapid Refinery Gas Analyzer, 230V The Rapid Refinery Gas Analyzer is based on the 456-GC. It is a standard turnkey solution for refinery gas analysis within 5 minutes. To include hydrogen sulfide an additional analysis time of two minutes is required, total analysis time 7 minutes. The 456-GC Rapid Refinery Gas Analyzer separates saturated and unsaturated hydrocarbon isomers from C1 through C5 plus composite C6+, permanent gases like hydrogen, nitrogen, oxygen, carbon monoxide, carbon dioxide and hydrogen sulfide. A Micro-Gasifier or a liquid sampling valve is optional. Contact the custom solution office for more details.

Carrier gas Helium & Nitrogen, > %, with Moisture and Oxygen filter Supply pressure 80 psi (5.3 bar) Detector gases FID Hydrogen (>99.999%, 40 psi / 2.6 bar) Air (moisture & oil free, 60 psi / 4 bar) Nitrogen make up (>99.999%, 80 psi / 5.3 bar). TCD Helium & Nitrogen (>99.999%, 80 psi / 5.3 bar) Charcoal filters for Nitrogen, Hydrogen and Air are required.
