Ephesians 4: 17-30

2. Relationship With Christ
If you have a relationship with Jesus Christ, you can pray and ask Him for guidance, instruction and wisdom.
Trust in the Lord with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding in all your ways acknowledge Him and He shall direct your path (Proverb 3:5 NKJV)

3. Establish A Relationship With Jesus Christ
1 John 1:9 NLT But if we confess our sins to Him, He is faithful and just to forgive us our sins and to cleanse us from all wickedness. Romans 10:9-10 NLT 9. If you confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord and believe in your heart that God raised Him from the dead, you will be saved. 10. For it is by believing in your heart that you are made right with God, and it is by confessing with your mouth that you are saved.

4. Don’t Live Like Unbelievers
Those who do not have a relationship with Jesus are:
Hopelessly confused
Minds are full of darkness
Wander far from the life God gives
Their minds are closed and hardened towards God
Have no sense of shame
Live for lustful pleasure
Eagerly practice every kind of impurity

5. Throw Off The Old Way Of Living
Just as we take off soiled clothing, take off, throw off, your sinful nature. Throw off your former lifestyle which is corrupted by lust and deception

6. Let the Holy Spirit Renew Your Thoughts
If you desire a new way of living, pray and ask the Holy Spirit to:
Change your thoughts and attitudes
Help to put on your new nature

7. Righteous and Holy Living
If you desire to live a righteous and holy life: Stop telling lies Tell your neighbors the truth Don’t let anger control you

8. If You Are A Thief
Quit stealing Use your hands for good hard work Give generously to others in need

9. If you desire a new way of living:
Language
If you desire a new way of living:
Don’t use foul or abusive language
Let everything you say be good and helpful
Death and life are in the power of the tongue, and those who love it will eat its fruit.

10. Do Not Bring Sorrow to the Holy Spirit
If you desire a new way of living:
Do not bring sorrow to the Holy Spirit by the way you live
Get Rid of bitterness, rage, harsh-words, slander and all evil behaviors.
Be kind
Be tenderhearted
Forgive one another
