LefSe multivariate analysis was used to identify significant associations (q<0.1), and LDA was used to calculate the effect size for these associations. Negative and positive effect sizes denote genera decreased (blue) or increased (red) in patients with SSc, respectively. All genera with an absolute LDA score >2.5 were included in this figure.
