3 General Information Always check the school website, senior page for dates and updated info!!! Panoramic Picture is TODAY in NEW Gym!!! Krispy Kreme Fridays is another fundraiser for you- Friday 9/28 is the first one!

5 Guidance info Senior to do list- Class of 2020
 Well this is it! Your journey through high school is almost complete, but there are still lots to do before you reach the finish line and move on to the next step of your journey! Graduation- make sure to review the class summary sheet you received and make sure you are on track for graduation. Graduation requirements can be found in the curriculum guide! Make your senior year count! Monitor your grades on weekly (or download the app to your phone). College & Career! Transcripts for college/scholarship applications can be requested by going to the main guidance office in the administration building and filling out a transcript request form.

6 Guidance info Take the SAT/ACT (if needed). For test dates and to register visit or Complete the FAFSA starting Oct.1. at Complete Bright Futures application starting Oct. 1. 7 Guidance Info SCHOLARSHIPS: Scholarships can now be found at The site is still under construction but please log on regularly as it will be updated on a weekly basis! Bright Futures Eligibility requirements Apply October 1st of your senior year!

9 SAT Day All seniors will take the SAT for FREE on Wednesday, October 16 during school so don’t pay for the October 6th one!!! If you have questions about the SAT Day you can see your counselor or Ms. Kelley, the testing coordinator, in the media center.

11 Senior Lunch- What’s new this year
The privilege is by 9 weeks this year. Each 9 weeks we will check : Unweighted GPA of 2.0 or higher Not failing ANY courses No more than unexcused 5 absences ANY class No ISS / OSS Must return to 6th period ON TIME If you are not off campus you MUST be in Advisement No misbehavior while off campus

12 SENIOR LUNCH MUST be notarized- parent MUST be present
Forms are available on the web. MUST be notarized- parent MUST be present Turn in completed forms AND bring a SCHOOL ID to Tribe to Ms. Brown to put the sticker on your id. Wednesday, Sept 11 during Advisement is the first Senior Lunch. Forms are due NO LATER than Sept 10 at 2:30 in the Tribe Office. There will be NO EXCEPTIONS to this! Must have 19 credits to qualify for senior privileges

13 SENIOR LUNCH All cars will be checked including TRUNKS. Any car with a person who does not have a proper ID will forfeit going to lunch. (EVERY PERSON in the car will return to class) Walkers to Taco Bell/Popeyes adhere to same rules Your behavior ON and OFF campus COUNTS DO NOT LOSE/FORGET YOUR ID- NO REPLACEMENTS!!!! Returning to campus and getting to class on time .

14 GRADUATION We do NOT have a confirmed Date. PROBABLY the week of May UCF Arena is the location Senior Fee is $100 for every senior if paid before midnight December 31, As of January 1, 2020 the fee goes up to $120 Every senior must pay this fee!- Covers: Cap/gown (they differ slightly from year to year) Printing of diploma Cost of diploma cover Rental of the UCF Arena Senior Gift – Water refilling stations in KWC and Renegade– Gift from Class of 2019 Senior Day Activities Fees will be paid directly to Herff Jones. More info coming during TUESDAY, SEPT 17 Senior Meeting.

GRADUATION PLATO and virtual school deadline is MAY 1, NO EXCEPTIONS Credit Denial for lack of attendance is a REAL THING. NO “Senioritis!!” “Go to Class, Pass the Class” – one simple goal for this year!
