VIP TRUCK was founded in 1978
We started with only a few employees. In the meantime, our business increased to 30 employees and included many additional services, which offers an expensive service to the Airline and finds always a solution for all transport tasks.
We are working 7 days a week, 365 days per year and we could be reached 24 hours each day for everyone.
Due to our vast experience and excellent contacts, established over the years, we are able to offer any trucking service all over Europe you might ever need.
The confidence, faithfulness and contentment of our customers has always been our reward. Your data are handled carefully and safely. Hard- and software has been designed, developed and established by own staff for our and your special purposes.
In the future we want to support the wishes and developments of our customers with creative solutions and we were happy to create new possibilities together with our clients.

3. Directory of
services
With respect to trucking import-aircargo routed to destination airports others than FRA VIP TRUCK
and its Contractors will fulfil the following obligations:
Departures from FRA as per respective attachment
Transit Customs documentation as requested by EC laws i.e.
issuance from T1 or T2 plus cargo manifest
Arrival at destination airport on hours local time the
following morning
Insurance in accordance with the Warsaw Convention/Montreal Protocol
from the moment shipment is loaded on truck
Offloading, check-in against documents and storage in Customs
bonded warehouse
Presentation and reporting to destination airport Customs official
24 hours storage free of charge except for special storage such as deep-freeze etc.

Immediate notification of the consignee as shown on airwaybill
or its designated agent
Retrieval of bank clearance if required
Issuance of CDS ( Cargo Damage Statement) and/or OSD
(Over Short Damage) if necessary
Delivery of „charges-collect“ shipments to appointed IATA
agents only or as requested
Transportation in Customs sealed trucks
Air suspended, rollerbed-equipped, temperature controlled, oversized or HEA truck and trailers as well as courier-cars are available without prior notification
Trucks operating on VIP routes within the Federal Republic of Germany are able to operate 7 days per week due to a special exemptation permit from road-bans on holidays

provided access to such systems is available via SITA (optional)
Billing will be performed twice monthly, reflecting all individual
shipments carried
All rates as listed in the respective tariffs attached hereto with
apply for cargo freely loaded on truck
Charges are calculated on 6:1 ratio actual or volume weight, whichever is
higher
Terms of payment are three weeks from invoice date
No other charges related to the transport shall be debited to
You from the Destination airport
You shall not be billed for other charges related to transport by airport of
destination
