Texas A&M Law School jumps 38 spots in one year.
The school found that it had to work on visibility of its faculty scholarship to compete for high-level faculty in the recruitment process.
Susan Phillips, Professor of Law and Director of the Dee J. shared that “there were many pieces of the puzzle, and Digital Commons was certainly one of them.”

Here we see department Web site home pages which highlight the world-wide audience interested in their faculty research output—something made possible with a modern IR.
Perhaps embedding this IR widget into the department web site signal something about the interest that exists for the faculty expertise.
Why would Richmond put this on their Web site which is a key marketing vehicle? Why do institutions market? Perhaps to encourage students to attend, other faculty to join or pick their faculty for a collaboration?
