2. BOE Reported Mold Exposures
The Board of Education has had a number of employee injury reports filled out due to the presence of reported mold exposures in some our schools. We have received a total of 204 reported exposures in fiscal 2018/2019, representing 30% of all claims within the city and 53% of the teachers / para claims. The exposures will be reflected in various slides in the following report.

* Total of 690 claims for fiscal 18/19 is representative of the reported mold exposure claims as well. If the 204 Mold exposure claims were omitted, then the total injuries for City of Stamford employees would total 486, the first time ever under 500 worker comp injuries.
