2 Fig 1 Postoperative results in 75 patients undergoing correction for symptomatic Zenker’s diverticulum. Follow-up was complete in 72 patients (96%) and ranged from 8 days to 17 years (median, 3.3 years). Sixty-four patients (88%) were asymptomatic, 4 (6%) had mild symptoms, and 4 continued to have dysphagia. Three patients were lost to follow-up. The Annals of Thoracic Surgery  , DOI: ( /S (98) )
