2. Request for Information (RFI) update
The purpose of this RFI is to solicit responses regarding a scalable Software as a Service (SaaS) pre-award, non-financial post-award, and regulatory and research compliance platform.
The project has support from stakeholder groups across Grounds, including the Vice President for Research.

5. ResearchUVA – what has happened since we last met—lots!
Reduced “noise” on dashboards
Abandoned items will no longer appear in the in-process and recently distributed grids
Completed NFAs and eSPARs no longer appear in the In Process grids
Each section of the PRF review page now includes an Edit link for convenience. 
Cost share companion accounts are now included in ResearchUVA

System will auto-assign the actions and ensure data necessary to process action is filled in by the field before request can be submitted

eSPAR interstitial page has been arranged into more relevant categories to better organize the page since more options were added.

Added general comments box to all eSPAR forms
Indicator has been added to the review page of an ePRF, eNFA and eSPAR to show the form is in error or incomplete 
Modified Abstract/Sponsor search to only return Pending or Awarded Proposals from 4 years

Expanded Key Personnel search to include cross-school research.  For example someone from Engineering can now access an ePRF from School of Medicine when an Engineering faculty member is named in Key Personnel section 
Changed Approval button to become disabled after it has been clicked once.  This corrected an issue where some approval s were being sent multiple times
