BIM expression predicts the response of patients with EGFR-mutant lung cancers. A, tumor samples from EGFR TKI-naïve patients with EGFR-mutant lung cancers were extracted prior to treatment and assayed for BIM RNA expression, normalized to β-actin RNA, and separated by high BIM (n = 15, relative BIM RNA >45) and low BIM (n = 9, relative BIM RNA <30).
