4. Problem Statement
An IE faculty member wished to analyze the effect of surrounding noise level on the learning and understanding of the students in a class. He divided his class into 3 sections of 8 students each. Then he engaged the three classes in 3 separate rooms making sure that throughout this period the noise levels in the 3 rooms were different from each other. The 3 levels of noise conditions, were:
