Planned – Calculated based on Expected Meal Attendance at all scheduled meals
Served – Calculated based on the actual attendance by age at each meal for meals already served
Purchased – Calculated based on receipts entered that include milk purchases
This grid will notify you if you are in danger of running short on milk for upcoming meals.
