8 Conversions DEV will now install LEDs at no charge when replacing non-functioning streetlights Upon request, DEV will replace with HPSV until inventory exhausted For functioning fixtures, conversion cost depends on classification $130 to replace basic fixture with LED $386 to replace premium fixture with LED 2018 change in DEV tax effect recovery factor (TERF) increases conversion cost by 15.34%
