4 Purpose: to better recognize what should happen when a local church lives out grace filled lives

5 I EVANGELISM is Not Just to Convert but Also to MATURE
A. Our Task is Clear

W2W S2S (“WON 2 WIN and SAVED 2 SERVE”) Our purpose IS to win the lost… BUT we are also to help people GROW in Christ!

8 Again, another function of the elders is to NOT let the flock become stagnate or mediocre in worship and service to King Jesus…!

A. Preach/Teach What is in Accord with Sound Doctrine

10 ugihs Literally means: “healthy, whole and well again” and is the same word used of Jesus when He would heal sick people…

12 Can’t make a person drink, but as a preacher of this church I am accountable to God to make sure the water is always before this church family!

13 III Maturity is Promoted by Those Who MODEL GROWTH
A. The Mature Must Teach the Immature B. Faith is “Caught” as well as “Taught”

A. The Elderly

15 Here, Paul makes clear older Christians are a tremendous resource for the local church…

17 Everyone matters in the church here… single, divorced, widow, widower, young people etc. … There is no one in the church that doesn’t matter…

18 V Christianity is Not CREDIBLE if it is Not VISBLE

Later, Jackie Robinson wrote, “That arm saved my career.” My question to you is: Who has their around you and to whom do you have your arm around? To grow in grace and to be a part of the family of God – the Gospel is for you! The Gospel is for All!
