Goals – Go to lab 107 to continue writing your essay. Check Dailies and hand in your story draft. Then write as thoroughly as possible what you want the reader to know about you after reading your story.
Homework – Finish “what you want the reader to know about you” on office 365, think about explaining why it is important to your present and future. What does it show about how you will handle your future?

What is so hard about peer reviews and revision? Does it help or not? Why?

Goals – Work with a peer to find opportunities to add sensory detail, drama and direct quotes to you story. Copy note from the board. Then continue on with the story or the analysis of your story. Keep your focus on what you want the reader to know about you.
Homework – Revise Personal Essay D1 save as Personal Essay D2. Turn in tomorrow for points. D2 has your description of what you want me to know about you.

What do you notice when you read an essay that is not working? How do you know when an essay holds together? Do you know any techniques for making that happen in your writing?
