2. Mandate agreed by the WG E in July
Concluding the EQS guidance, taking into account the testing that INERIS is going to do on a number of substances
Conclude the modelling-based prioritisation
Review the results of the monitoring-based approach developed by INERIS, in particular as regards quality and representativeness of the monitoring data used
Review the list of candidate substances as per Annex 1 to this paper, in order to report to the Working Group whether the available evidence shows that the candidate substance should be included on the list of priority substances as PS or PHS and, if this is the case, whether the substance should be regulated through EQS for water, sediment and/or biota, and the proposals for such EQS.
This presentation will cover points 2 to 4
