1 WSP™ Inventory Equipping Certification – Focus – What You Need to Know
While the focus is learning about the WSP™ Inventories, the purpose of Certification is the system that supports WorkStyle Alignment for people and their work environments (to be aligned) In Equipping Certification, information is provided through presentations and demonstrations with practice opportunities to develop knowledge, understanding and skills Certification is not a distance learning program in which you select your participation and learning. It is a virtual process designed to ‘certify’ what you are learning through reading assignments, exercises and practicums Expect to work a minimum of four hours each week between the Certification sessions on the assignments and practicums Be patient with your learning!
